Annika Ek
Functional Nutritionist & Wisdom Coach
Annika Ek is a Functional Nutritionist and Wisdom Coach. She is also a Ph.D. student in Wisdom Studies and is working on her Masters in Regenerative Action (MRA).
Annika’s work is guided by the following three words; Health, Wisdom and Impact. She believes the time has come for us to answer the call of the planet in a way that aligns with our purpose and become Changemakers through our businesses.
Annika is the host of the private community TrulyU Women's Circle where she supports women who are Heart-led Entrepreneurs, Changemakers, or Changemakers-in-the-making. In the circle she teaches anti-inflammatory eating, cooking + living, and holds space as women explores and finds wisdom practices that fit.
When heart-led women come together to get better health and deeper wisdom they can accomplish together what they can't do alone, and have greater impact in the world.
