Before we can have Impact we need a solid base of Health + Wisdom, and that's what we're focusing on in Sage School.
"Sage School - Health & Wisdom Essentials for Women Midlife and Beyond" is an 8-week live course designed to help women learn and practice self-care at all levels of their being so they can have more energy, clarity, confidence and connection. In short, be ready for a life of meaning and impact, what we call a ‘deeper kind of happiness’.

We will go to the root cause of why self-care is often so hard for women, and learn a heart-centered approach to gain more agency in your life.
You will learn a simple, yet powerful framework focused on anti-inflammatory
eating, cooking and living including how to prepare tasty, healthy food with ease.
You will stretch outside your comfort zone supported by expert coaching and a
community of women who are your fellow travelers.
8 live teaching & group coaching calls, each call 75 min long.
8 office hours - come with your questions as you implement what you learn, or join with others as we reflect upon what we are learning through weekly deepening practices.
Recordings (video and audio) of all calls along with extra teaching videos for deeper learning.
Lots of Handouts; Course Workbook, Deepening Practices, Recipes, etc.
Private Community for support and encouragement between live calls. (Not facebook)
We start on Tuesday, January 17 at 4 pm Eastern and will meet for 8 weeks until March 7, 2023. Each class is 75 minutes long.
Weekly "Office Hour" will be on Thursdays at 4 pm Eastern for the duration of the course.

She is also a Ph.D. student in Wisdom Studies at Ubiquity University. Prior to this course, I was all over the place in my life. I was anxious and overwhelmed. This course taught me how to mediate at the beginning of each day to get focused and calm. I learned how to listen to myself, and trust myself.
Learning how to acknowledge my negativity and anxiety and then bring out positivity has really changed my day to day living. I am calmer and more focused.
